From my experience in real estate, I find that it’s best to have a consultation with buyers – to both get to know their needs beyond type of home and location. Taking the time to get to know a buyer helps me to truly understand what’s important to you, and to build a rapport with you so that you know I have your best interests at hand.

In the consultation, I’ll make sure that you understand the process and break it down into easy to understand terms. I will give you insights in best and worst case scenarios, and make sure that there are not only as few surprises as possible, but that we’ll know how to navigate anything that comes up for the best outcome.

I will meet with all of your decision makers, since this process is a team effort!

Loan Approval and Home Selection

After our consultation, we’ll find the right loan options for your purpose. My goal is to pair you as a buyer with the right lender for your financial situation.

Have your pre-approval in hand? Great! Once I have the pre-approval, I will set you up with our online home buying system. You’ll be able to search by location, price, number of bedrooms and more, and the system will notify seller agents of your interest in a property they’ve listed. That way sellers can help find a property that suits your needs.
