When you approach me to sell a home, my first priority is to meet with you in person to discuss all of your options. I’ll discuss not only how to price your home with you, but also working out the best way to attract the ideal buyers and the best terms. There’s more to selling a home than just accepting a price…each sale involves contingencies, and as a realtor it’s my responsibility to make you aware of your choices when accepting offers.

Putting The Home Up For Sale

Once I fully understand what your goals are, we’ll put a timeline in place that works with your schedule and the time it takes to prepare your home for the market. Time is of the essence during contractual obligations, so I’ll review these obligations with you so that you fully understand what is expected up front.

It’s important to coordinate all of the related moves, whether it’s a simultaneous close on another home, or the need to ensure that you can secure more suitable housing. I’ll work with you to tackle these hard questions ahead of time, and design a specific roadmap to reach your goals.

During this time, I’ll be presenting the listing using every technological advancement and tool in the real estate world, alongside the offerings of the brokerage.
